Altavas Mayor Denny D. Refol and
DTI Aklan OIC-Provincial Director Ma. Carmen I. Itturalde lead the launching of
the Negosyo Center in Altavas on Tuesday, June 28, 2106. The Negosyo Center is
located at the middle of the public market, the first in the region.
