7 WV women micro-entrepreneurs to join exhibit in Manila



This traditional buri and pandan bags with a touch of modern items will be showcased at the BDTP Showroom. It is manufactured by Nelanz Crafts of San Lorenzo, Guimaras owned and managed by Ana Rodriguez.

The DTI VI has selected seven women micro-entrepreneurs in the region to join the month-long trade fair of the Bureau of Domestic Trade Promotions (BDTP) in Makati City which runs from March 20 to April 20, 2017.

DTI-CARP Guimaras joins synchronized planning with DAR, DOST

The DTI – Comprehensive Agrarian Reform Program (DTI-CARP) Guimaras Unit, along with its provincial counterparts, joined the fourth round of synchronized planning with the Department of Agrarian Reform (DAR) together with the Department of Science and Technology (DOST) at the La Carmela de Boracay Hotel and Resort, Boracay Island in Malay, Aklan from February 15 - 17, 2017.

ROLL IT program seen to boost industry access in R6

The DTI VI and Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) were joined by civil society organizations, industry cluster representatives, local government units, and other multi-sectoral groups during the Roads Leveraging Linkages for Industry and Trade (ROLL IT) Program Consultative Meeting on February 20, 2017.

The damaged and nearly-impassable roads leading to industries and trade development areas in the region may soon be addressed under the government’s Roads Leveraging Linkages for Industry and Trade (ROLL IT) Program.

DTI Capiz joins business one stop shop in Tapaz

Lopez pushes 7 M’s to promote MSMEs

DTI Undersecretary for Regional Operations Group Zenaida C. Maglaya echoed the directive of Trade and Industry Secretary Ramon M. Lopez to strengthen the government support system to micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs).

PCAB license renewal, registration now online

Contractors can now renew their Philippine Contractor's Accreditation Board (PCAB) license and registration through the online Contractors Licensing and Registration System (CLiRS).
