DTI Regional Office VI |
The
DTI VI will be conferred with a certificate of recognition by the Civil Service
Commission for achieving Maturity Level II in Performance Management System
under the Program to Institutionalize Meritocracy and Excellence in Human
Resource Management (PRIME-HRM).
DTI
VI OIC-Regional Director Rebecca M. Rascon and HRMO Judith Guillo-Kelly will receive
the award from CSC Regional Director Rodolfo B. Encajonado at the CSC Regional
Office VI in Mandurriao District on Monday, April 18, 2016.
DTI
VI was able to meet the PRIME-HRM Maturity Level II for three core human
resource systems, namely: (1) recruitment, selection, and placement; (2) performance
management system; and, (3) rewards and recognition.
The
CSC VI conducted an assessment of the regional office on October 2015.
