Governor
Victor A. Tanco, Sr. and DTI Capiz Provincial Director Ermelinda Pollentes formally opens the
UnliKultura Expo 2016 and Capiztahan Trade Fair on 14 April 2016 at the Capiz
Provincial Park. With them are (from left)
Board Members Eduardo Magallanes and Emmanuel Billones, Jr., DTI VI Industry
Development OIC/Division Chief Ma. Dinda Tamayo and Roxas City Chinese Chamber
of Commerce and Industry President Leny Albert Apaitan. There were 48
exhibitors who participated in the Fair which generated a total gross sales of
P539,982.25.
