NKATBP launching set on Oct 10

Trade and Industry Secretary Ramon M. Lopez, along with other key officials of the DTI, is expected to lead the launching of the “Negosyo, Konsyumer at Iba Pa” (NKATBP) in Western Visayas at the Iloilo Convention Center on October 10-12, 2016.

With the launching of the NKATBP, the DTI eyes of advancing and promoting its various services more accessible to the micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in the region.

As part of the effort of heightening people’s awareness on these services offered by the Department, the NKATBP aims on bringing focused and integrated DTI services to the public, in order to benefit industries and consumers.

Major activities lined-up during the three-day event are:

1.      Opening of the Panublion Fair at the SM City Activity Center

2.      Market Matching

3.      Launching of the Negosyo Center in Pavia, Iloilo

4.      Launching of the Innovation Hub at the DTI Regional Office

5.      Capability trainings and seminars

6.      Awarding of Certificates of Recognition to partners, and

7.      Awarding of checks to project beneficiaries/ loan recipients.

The Panublion Fair will be a showcase of foods, wearables and crafts from Western Visayas with 55 MSMEs joining the exhibit. It will run from Oct. 10 to 16 at the SM City Activity Center from 10AM to 9PM.
