Guimaras Gov. Samuel T. Gumarin leads
the releasing of doves during the opening of the 2016 Manggahan Trade Fair at
the Guimaras Provincial Capitol Grounds on Wednesday, 11 May 2016. The trade
fair is spearheaded by the DTI and the Guimaras Provincial Government.
