Guimaras products display at Rockwell

Micro, small and medium enterprise (MSMEs) from the Province of Guimaras is set to rock Rockwell Power Plant Mall, this weekend. Locally made gifts, decors, housewares and accessories, and various processed food products will be the highlight of the three-day exhibit dubbed “Guimaras Eco Bazaar @ Rockwell” starting this Friday.

Organized by the DTI Guimaras Provincial Office along with the Province of Guimaras and the Guimaras Chamber of Commerce and Industry, 17 MSMEs will have a product showcase at the Rockwell Power Plant Mall in Makati City from July 15 to 17, 2016.

This marketing promotion activity is envisioned to expose the exhibitors’ products to a wider and bigger market, test market acceptance of their new and existing products, and meet institutional buyers.

Likewise, it aims to establish new market linkages for the Guimaras MSMEs.

In 2015, the same activity has generated a total sales of PHP 1.124 million.

It was also last year when the Lopez family headed by Don Oscar Lopez, represented by Ms. Angela Lopez of the Lopez Group Foundation, Inc., offered to help showcase the local products of the Province of Guimaras  at the Rockwell Power Plant Mall in Makati City for free.
